vint's rice recipe
1/4 C barley
1/4 C brown rice
1/4 C quinoa
1/4 C wild rice
1/4 C white tice
(you can vary grain mixture to taste)
- saute grains in pan with 4-5 T of oil (i use olive oil)
- saute until grains separate fully and are coated with oil
- cover with 1.5-2 C water with 1-2 beef boullion cubes dissolved
- bake at 350-375° for 1 hour or until done
